Hey all! If you're tired of the same old grilled pork chop, give this recipe a try. Keep in mind, just because there's some chili spices doesn't mean it's spicy! Honey-Chili Marinade
Pork Chop ........................ 1-2 each
Honey ................................ 2 Tablespoon
Calabrian Chili Blend .... 2 1/2 teaspoons
Smoked Paprika ............ 1 teaspoon
Balsamic Vinegar .......... 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper .................. 1 teaspoon
Kosher Salt ...................... 1 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh Sage, chopped .... 1-2 teaspoons
- Mix all the marinade ingredients, and coat the pork chops on all sides. Reserve a little bit to glaze later.
- Let the pork chops marinate for at least an hour.
- Grill or sauté the pork chops, cook at a lower than normal temperature so it will not burn. the sugars from the honey.
- Brush the remaining marinade on the chops for the last few minutes of cooking.
